The details

Refund and Returns Policy

If something is wrong with your order, get in touch so we can help. Keep your order number handy when you contact us.

Start a return request

Email dissa_1@hotmail.com with your order number, the item name and a description of the problem. Clear photographs can help us understand damage or an incorrect item.

We will discuss the next steps and give you the correct return address. Please contact us before posting an item.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect pieces

If your jewellery arrives damaged, differs from what you ordered or develops a fault, tell us what happened. We will assess the issue and arrange the remedy required by the Australian Consumer Law.

For a major problem, you can choose a refund or replacement. For a minor problem, the business can generally repair the item first within a reasonable time. Your rights depend on the circumstances.

Change of mind and sizing questions

Before ordering, check the product description and measurements. Contact us to ask about a size or finish if you are unsure.

For a change-of-mind or size exchange request, contact us to discuss whether an exchange is available for your item. This page does not promise a change-of-mind return period. Your rights for faulty or misdescribed goods still apply.

Sending an item back

Once we have discussed your request, pack the piece securely and include your order details. Keep proof of postage. We will explain the return method and applicable postage arrangements before you send it.

If a refund is due, we will confirm the amount and how it will be returned. Processing times can depend on the payment provider.

Your consumer rights

Our goods come with consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law. This policy does not exclude or limit those rights. A store policy or an expired warranty does not remove rights that still apply under the law.

Read the ACCC guidance on repairs, replacements and refunds for more information.
